Android Compatibility Guide
Compare Android version, storage, RAM and 2G/4G/5G guidance before downloading.
Before downloading a rummy APK, check three things against the review page: your Android version, free storage and the file type. Most install failures come from one of these.
Android version
Each review lists the minimum Android version for the build we matched, such as Android 7.0+. Check yours in Settings › About phone. If your phone is older, the installer stops with a parse error or “App not installed”. There is no safe workaround, and “compatible” versions on mod sites are usually different files.
Free storage
Keep free space of about twice the listed file size. Android needs room to unpack the file, and many card apps download extra game data on first launch, so the installed size grows beyond the download.
APK vs XAPK
An APK installs with a tap. An XAPK is a bundle of split files and needs an installer that supports it. If a review lists an XAPK, a plain file-manager install won’t work.
Processor type
Some builds are listed for a single processor type (for example armeabi-v7a or arm64-v8a). Most arm64 phones can also run armeabi-v7a builds, though some recent chips are 64-bit only; an arm64-only build will not run on a 32-bit phone.
Network
Downloads and live tables need a stable connection. A dropped connection mid-game may count as a drop or a loss under the app’s own rules, so check those before playing on weak signal.
Quick checklist
- Package name and developer match the review.
- Your Android version meets the minimum.
- Free space is at least twice the file size.
- You know whether the file is an APK or an XAPK.
- The SIM is active and the phone’s date and time are automatic for OTP login.
